Tips[edit]
- Use Water, Fire, or Thunder units that have counter attacks, End-of-turn attacks, repeating attacks, or skills with multiple moves to deplete shields faster. Eva, Dream Weaver, and Victor (Another Style) are examples of such units.
- Chrono Cross characters are the easiest units to have multiple elements for each phase.
- Sidekick attacks do count for breaking the shields.
- Tsukiha (Alter) can change the element of one unit in the front line to Fire, but it takes her whole turn.
- Necoco (Another Style) can change the elements of those in the front line to that of the current zone. Set a Water, Thunder, or Fire zone to let your whole team deplete the enemy's shield points, regardless of their element.
