Overview

A long time ago in an era far, far removed from our own, the gods of chaos and order were locked in battle - A battle which order ultimately won. Following this, the god of order decided to seal off the world where chaos had taken root from the rest of spacetime. This was the Hollow Time Layer. This makes it impossible to observe the Hollow Time Layer from other time layers. The Hollow has been completely subjugated by the military might of the Empire, with Chronos at it head.

NO IMAGE	Yuki	A journalist who want the challenge the Empire with the truth, not power. He was investigating the mystery of the Tree of Time as well as the lightspark thieves. He is friends with Darius and Minalca. >>spoiler<<It is revealed that he is Ironheart. In Rust Town, due to time not being stable, Aldo was able to meet Yuki in the past.
NO IMAGE	Loire 200 AD	The king of Erythule. Eleanor's husband and Sienna's mother. He is friends with Mordy. He collected 3 of the 8 Tesla Cores, which is why Aldo found some empty chests in Vaporia. He is the author of the adventure logs and left clues to the other Tesla Cores' location. He was caught in a wormhole when fighting Aspid, and lost his memory for around 100 years, after which he went to Erythule and left a message to Mordy. In the revised timeline, after the fight with Aspid, he went into a full search mode for his family and his whereabouts are unknown.
NO IMAGE	Helmer 200 AD	A scientist who was working on the Thunder Lance to defeat Aspid. He believed that if he had all 8 Tesla Cores, he could power the Thunder Lance enough to fight Aspid. After insuring Loire's family and Mordy were on the ship, he returned to Erythule help fight Aspid. He gives Aldo Tesla Core α, a modified part of the Tesla Core used to defeat Aspid.
NO IMAGE	Eleanor 200 AD	The Queen of Erythule. Loire's wife and Sienna's mother. She escaped Erythule using a ship. Her whereabouts are unknown.

NO IMAGE	Hassel	Helmer's descendant. He conducts all kinds of research in Erythule. He creates the Thunder Toothpick.

Acacia Stargliders	To the eyes of the lesser Meks, they're a rebellious group with a goal to escape from the oppressive rule of the Omegapolis nobility and the Empire. However, to the eyes of those nobilities and upper Meks, they're just another terrorist group that want nothing more than the destruction of the society and Omegapolis itself.

	Kamlanage	Originally from the Hollow Time Layer. Leader of the future revolutionaries known as the Chrono Clan, and the keyboardist for the rock band Paradoxical Dreamers. He is the biological son of Chronos Emperor, and the Imperial Prince. He inherited psychic abilities, including powerful resonance, from his mother. A somewhat gloomy loner. As a baby, the Queen had ordered Ashtear to kidnap and transport Kamlanage to the outer time layer. See >>spoiler<<Kamlanage
	Emperor Chronos Hollow Time Layer	The Emperor of the Chronos Empire. Due to Riica's black box, he is aware of Aldo and Feinne being children of his alternative self as well as the events of the main story. He seeks what lies beyond the Hollow Time Layer, "beyond the limits of humanity itself".
	Professor Sebastia Hollow Time Layer	A scientist of the Chronos Empire. She has created a large amount amount of military equipment for the Chronos Empire which includes the Nullgear Unit 01 Guilty Hades, and its sister unit, Nullgear Unit 02 Grand Hades. She was born earlier in the Hollow than her counterpart of the Dawn Time Layer. She is aware of Professor Ashtear. Riica was modeled after her.
	Amy Ishar Hollow Time Layer	She is part of the Imperial Mobile Forces aka the Nullgear Unit.
	Za'ol Ishar Hollow Time Layer	He is part of the Imperial Engineering Corps and is Amy's father.
	Madoka Deceased	She is Kamlanage's mother. She had the power to link her mind with versions of herself in other time layers and wanted to create a perfect, idealistic world. When she met Sebastia, she had a vision of the the scientific genius that Sebastia would become and began work on creating Riica in every time layer to gather data from all over spacetime to aid her search for the ideal world. Her fist child was lost in a miscarriage and seems to have died shortly after giving birth to Kamlanage. Before she died, she found a way to digitize her mind which allowed for her to exist as an almost godlike AI with her powers still attached.
	AI Madoka Hollow Time Layer	She is the godlike AI who can observe all of the other time layers though Riica. She had a vision of the prince's return to the Hollow and informed the public.

Reign supreme over the Hollow Time Layer with an iron fist, The Chronos Empire controls everything on all eras within the confined Time Layer itself. Currently preparing themselves for the Time War against the Goddess of Time.

	Gemazhar	The Cat King, Heir to the founding family of Torlutan, though the title is a nickname. He holds total control over the city as he is a wealty businessman and money lender. Velette is in financial debt to him. He likes to push people to challenge the Labyrinth of Thanatos, an arena where warriors fight for their lives through a maze of murderous monster.

NO IMAGE	Kormeer	A respected engineer. He has a younger brother in Entrana, who helped restore Guilty Hades. He builds equipment for the Guilty Hades.
NO IMAGE	Dorzhova	Gemazhar's younger brother and Harla's uncle. He is the leader of the Holy City, Yanatu.
NO IMAGE	Conon	An astronomer and mythologist studying the Blood Ring Stratosphere. He is researching the calamitous stars that dropped from the sky, the red meteors.
