Tips[edit]
- As evidenced by its counters, do not bring a team focused on inflicting poison/pain for damage multipliers.
- Preferably deploy Fire or Earth Zones to mitigate one of its AoE skills. If you do, employ slash-based physical units to avoid its resistance. Building around a Slash Zone allows for good DPS without worry of its resistances.
- The poison it inflicts is powerful and lasts extremely long, on top of increasing the damage from its AoEs, so you will either have to cure or prevent it to extend your team's survival, or else kill the boss quickly enough that it won't have time to kill you.
- The sleep induced by Muddled is largely irrelevant, as the pain damage will cause the character to immediately wake. There may be rare instances where a character could resist Pain but not Sleep, though.
