At Other Tales: Little Princess' Little Big Adventure one part of the map is always wrong. If you start from the normal entrance/exit, the next map is wrong in the northern part. You can't walk from/to both northern transfer points but have to go further south.
read dscriptions carefully:
Map paths may be slightly randomized for each player and may not update on the minimap unless you move close enough. If a path is missing, try checking the paths above or below it.

I checked this page again. Only the maps of chapter 2 and 6 show the wrong path of the spring #1.
Again from description:
