I read the reset examples multiple times and did not understand them properly. For me the language is highly technical, like a math formula. I would understand it better, if it was more descriptive and especially the examples here would be longer, seeing what happens and what not (as it might be without the reset).

There are a lot more pages and paragraphs written very similarly and those make it really hard to understand and receive the help which I think the author(s) want to provide.

Reset examples is just link examples of skills that basically don't count as multihits and list of these exact things is mentioned in bullet point above examples. Specific chars have those specific types of skills and if you don't have them and can't relate yet, you don't even have to delve into it. Or can read what those linked skills do and understand what they do first. This buff is simpler than that. No more complicated than first sentence of its description for common use.

AE is complex and has tons of such tech nuances and most of people just want to use something first in game for things they expect it will do, like literally to buff your multihitters with this and simply multiply each hit on mulitplier of that hit number from table to expect some result (if you even want to do this part.) And buff will do exactly this. And when (or even if at all) you will bump into very rare case that will work differently from what you expected from this buff and return to this technical description it may help you to differentiate hidden nuances of this buff better after you noticed differentiation in skills you used from chars with these skills that you have, and will have some idea of what they do.
