Can buff party Critical Damage and Bow/Lance Damage by 60% each, with a Fire skill. Can debuff Type Resistance of all enemies by 30%. Can debuff PWR of a single enemy, by 20%, with a Fire skill, but it is not guaranteed. ~Unable to act while singing. Loses a number of things in exchange for Pierce-specific benefits that don't really balance things out in general for Fire Zone.

Restores 30% max HP, 50 MP, cleanses all ailments and buffs party Type Attack and Type Resistance by 50% each at turn-end. Gain 10% Another Force charge at turn-end during any song. Can buff party Critical Damage and Bow/Lance Damage by 60% each, with a Pierce skill. Can debuff Type Resistance of all enemies by 30%. Can debuff PWR of a single enemy, by 20%, with a Pierce skill, but it is not guaranteed. ~Unable to act while singing. Has to manage having a weaker hybrid (offense + defense) song with halved healing, and her newfound personal damage potential has conditions that are prohibitive to the point of it being negligible a lot of the time. Loses the ability to increase critical rate, provide Break every turn, and some minor Song damage boost by not having Rhapsody Aria; but gains the ability to contribute a lot more to AF damage through spammable 3 stacks of Pierce Break, which may also lead to better total damage support for multihit Pierce damage dealers outside AF as well.
