Any further tips would be greatly appreciated. I want to put this episode behind me.

You need to kill the small one to reduce his damage reduction stack, one by one, dont kill both at the same time cause it will reset his stack thus resetting the damage reduction barrier. You can ignore the barrier with a really good barrier piercer character (noahxis AS, minalca, miyu ES, sesta, etc). The boss wasnt that hard once you know what to do. Good luck (also use starky as tank, and gave him the sleep resist badge if you dont have any sleep counter kit).

Could you ask in the discord? I believe you could find advice more catered to your unique situation (available units, weapons, grasta, etc) without waiting hours inbetween replies.
