Boss starts with x10 stacks of Power Level and Star Protect that grants a damage reduction barrier (+10% per stack), and 2 minions Star Trooper. Killing 1 minion: -1 stack next turn. Killing 2 minions: revert to 10 stacks next turn. Not killing any minions +1 stack next turn.

How to find Lavoger

• Complete all steps of The Planet Eater quest
• Commence Call of the Sword quest. This enemy is the quest boss.

Tips

• You will need to slowly wear down both stacks by killing the boss's minions one by one before an AF burst. His stacks will never go below 1.
  • Use only single-target skills (or carefully manage your AoE skills) to ensure that only one minion dies at a time. If both minions die, Lavoger will completely replenish both stacks and will heal so much that the fight has effectively been reset.
  • During Another Force, target the minion that you want to kill and spam your single-target skills. After that minion dies your team will default to targeting Lavoger instead of the remaining surviving minion.
• The fight is tailored for Starky to shine. StarBurst establishes a strong counter-heal that purges the ailments from this boss's attacks and Twinkle provides a sizeable MP cost reduction so you can fight without ever needing to switch. Equip Starky with a Sleep Immunity Badge so that his counter-heals can never be interrupted.
