Procedure

• Requires a slash type (Sword/katana/ax) Dragontear/Blacktear weapon to be crafted
• Go deeper for the fight
  • Some crystals must be destroyed from the correct side
  • If you got the landing cloth for the catapult, you can make a shortcut to the boss battle
• Battle with Water Ruler
• Talk to Cerius at Vanward Camp
