How to reach:
- Go through the Akrena Rocklands
- Use hover mode to pass over the sandpit at the middle right of the area and climb the vine
- Hit the boulder on the left with Guilty Hades to create a path
- Entrance to Nelt Grotto is at the top left of the main Akrena Rocklands area
