Keruri Highroad is a location in Antiquity that serves as the path from Derismo Highroad to the Tower of Time. It cannot be fast traveled to from the world map and can only be reached by walking from one of these two locations. The area is filled with a purple haze that emanates from the nearby Tower of Time.

Near the entrance to the Tower of Time is a hidden path to a chest. It is guarded by a Goblin and contains the Goblin Loincloth key item that is needed to fight the Goblin King.

In the eastern part of the Keruri Highroad is a chest guarded by a Ruthless Lancer. The chest can be obtained without fighting the Ruthless Lancer by continuing to walk right, past a separate chest, in the far southeast corner of the area. This leads to a hidden path that can be used to reach the other side of the guarded chest. A Smoky Quartz location sparkle can also be found on this hidden path.
