Summary
When a heartful wish is made upon a flower, two souls meet once again.
While the time travelers make their way to the Wedding Hall in a far off village, an encounter with a mysterious bride brings a team of thieves back into their world.
They encounter long past memories, ephemeral promises, and old feelings closed away. After all is unraveled, what wishes shall be unleashed...

Acquiring Skull

You are given Missions starting from your second run in Mementos (Another Dungeon), regardless of difficulty. They require you to find and defeat a specific boss room on one of the maps. The boss rooms are marked with a red exclamation mark but will only be revealed if you are sufficiently close to them. Each mission requires a certain number of Decayed Thought Leaves and all prior missions completed before they become available; it is possible to receive more than one mission in a single run with enough Decayed Thought Leaves on hand. Finish all ten missions and Skull will join the party. Return to the NPC one more time in the same run or the next run, after finishing all ten missions to get the Resolute Rapier, Steel Pipe, and Violet's and Skull's True VC Grastas.

Velvet Room Twins
After completing this quest, you can return to Lucniva and interact with the teal exclamation mark at the fountain. This lets you access the battle with Caroline & Justine, a pair of challenging superbosses with many phases and corresponding AF stoppers. You are given different rewards for managing to survive to different parts of the fight for the first time, most of which are Grastas pertaining to the Phantom Thieves.
