I got a personal weapon for Partitio by going back to Rickett's Manor on Saltore island at Night, so the Watchman guarding is asleep and you can get past him into an upstairs room. There's a diary with spoilers about Ricketts, and a chest with "Traveler's Bow". Bow weapon stats are Level 1, ATK 132, M.AT 37. "Limited: Partitio" "Effect: The Scent of Commerce" with "Non-type Attack+" "Obtained Git+"(20%). It doesn't appear on the list at the Nopaew Emporium, so I don't think it can be upgraded/enhanced.
