Yes this probably happened because Rebecca Boey (Helena and Pom's Old English VA) didn't return for Pom AS so she probably didn't return for Helena either so they decided to have a new VA rerecord everything.
Since this is the first time that happened I'm posting this. I assume everyone wants to Archive the old Voice acting. Though it is tricky since the Audio Pages Prioritizes JP voice acting first.
Galliard also has an English VA rerecorded (maybe a JP Voice too I have to check)
