Can someone please elaborate a bit what it means that he draws power from all layers? This seems to be very cryptic and could be a bit more straight forward in describing the consequences. Thanks!

When you fight C Vestige in the storyline, he changes his corresponding weakness/absorb by going through the elemental time layers but after going through fire, water, wind, and earth, the boss say the line he draws power from all layers which generally means he is neutral to everything.
