You must have access to Rulezzo Underground to unlock this location.
- Starting from Rulezzo Underground open locked door at the bottom-right of second area with Materiascanner
- 2nd layer of the location has 3 jump down spots into 3 different areas of Rulezzo Underground Lake with exits into 1st layer.
- Left jumpspot 2nd layer seems to be the same as 1st layer left, so maybe not needed to use
- Jump from right one offers a handle for the other jump spots
- Top jump spot requires Super Alloy Arm and listening to the left Audio Log Device on the 1st layer.
- There is inaccessible cave-in area on 3rd layer, that can be unlocked by doing basement quest in Fileria
- Proceed through all 3 layers to the top to unlock Fileria
