Procedure
- Heads for the hills.
- Hear people's wishes in Yanatu.
- Return to the rock in the Liriam Wastes with the people's wishes.
- Battle with Spined Wyvern Main Story Difficulty is applied here.
- Head down the hill.
- Chest with Mystic Ancient Cat Gem.
