A man calling himself a Fortune Teller has appeared in Palsifal Palace... Something seems off about him.
Procedure
- Speak to the young boy in the classroom about the Fortune Teller.
- Travel to Keruri Highroad and defeat Xens for 3 Xen Tail Feathers.
- Deliver the feathers to the boy.
- Expose the so-called 'Fortune Teller'.
