Procedure
- Speak to the 3 citizens of Acteul to figure out the identity of 'Lenis', the intended recipient of the letter.
- Speak to Belle in Acteul.
- Travel to Lake Tiilen and defeat Izzaks for 3 vials of Izzak Liquid.
- Return to Acteul and deliver the materials to Belle.
