Procedure
- Investigate the Clock Tower's basement
- "When the two needles face each other, the door the the underground will open"
- Andre gives Short Hand
- Long Hand is on the wall of Clock Tower 1F
- Take both hands, place them on the wall
- Short Hand - points left
- Long Hand - points right
- Climb into basement when you have Rope
- Give the map to Andre(in northeast room 2F)
