How to Get[edit]
You must first have progressed the Lernica Weather Machine quest enough to learn about the Blue and Orange Orbs. This lets you progress into Blistering Isle Gazarak.
- Get information on A-Class bounty Ganger Kurodaki at Bolton
- Defeat Ganger Kurodaki at Moonsteel Forest Phase Shift Area
- Defeat VicePrez Guines at Aquatic Fantasia Phase Shift Area
- Defeat VicePrez Docson at Gazarak, drops Summit Road Issue 81
- Go deeper in and pass the magazine to the NPC to unlock path forward.
- Defeat Storm King Ikaruga, get Flashing Wings Crest
- Examine the rock formation behind Storm King to get Elpis Lance
