Summary[edit]
The Elementals are getting uneasy because the Salamanders are getting out of hand. This may be why monsters are appearing at Vasu Mountain.
Procedure
- Travel to Vasu Mountain and scatter the magic powder you received.
- Locate the source of the nearby roar.
- Battle with Lv 13 Elder Dragon.
- Pursue the fleeing dragon.
- Rematch with Lv 13 Elder Dragon.
- Report back to the man in Ratle about the results.
