Procedure
- Head to the cape of Serena Coast with Kasim.
- Return to Rinde and ask the 2 townsfolk about mermaids.
- Chase after Kasim, who stormed off to the cape of Serena Coast.
- Battle with Lv30 Sahuagin x3.
