Take the lost property back to its owner.
Procedure
- Head to Elzion's Gamma District and speak with four citizens to locate the ring's owner.
- Deliver the ring to Cietta, a woman who works at the boutique within the Gamma District.
- Search the debris where you found the ring in Route 99 to recover the missing jewel inset.
- Return to Cietta with the small blue gemstone.
