Capable of an exceptionally high (1950%) all-target damage multiplier. this skill also debuffs INT of all enemies by 25%. although this skill is all-target, it requires a single-target skill for setup and so may be difficult to use for all-target purposes. Can debuff Water Type Resistance of a single enemy by up to 50%, and inflict it with guaranteed Pain for 3 turns, with the same Water skill. Can debuff PWR of all enemies by 20%, with a Water skill, but it is not guaranteed.
