	Food	A puffer shark fished in large quantities near Zami. It is poisonous and therefore not particularly good for eating. They were disposed of in an unused well that had salt water seeping into it causing a terrible smell that became quite the problem. However, a starving traveler going over the mountain inadvertently took a bite of one. The results were surprisingly tasty. The fermentation process eliminated the poison and it became a staple food of the local region. The reused salt water became known as "dried fish extract."
