These non-craftable weapons and armor are available in Ogre Wars: Dirge of the Fated King and the Sacred Sword. Part 2 and both can be upgraded with materials from Toto Dreamland (Another Dungeon). Much later in the game, the weapons (but not the armor) can be reforged to make them stronger.
Weapons[edit]
As soon as the player enters Toto Dreamland in Ogre Wars: Dirge of the Fated King and the Sacred Sword. Part 2 chapter 39, there's a signboard they can interact which dispenses the Hide'n'Seek Toto Card. The aim is to find all 40 Toto marks across the theme park, and the tutorial helpfully picks out two nearby marks as a demonstration. The Toto points are traded in for weaponry - 5 per item - and all forty in tow allows for the purchase of all eight weapons.

These are the reforged versions (weapons only), for which you will need access to the NPC Wandering Blacksmith in Fileria, part of Into the Hollow. The Chronos Empire Strikes Back. Volume 1 (chapter 89). You are required to have maxed out the equipment (to Lv10) at the Nopaew Emporium for reforge to become available.
