Procedure
- Initiate quest.
- Terry joins the Mining Village.
- Obtain Old Felling Ax.
- Get 15 Lumber in the Macky Forest.
- Bring the Lumber back to Terry.
- Obtain Ladder.
- Go explore while the house is being built.
- Fight 5 battles to progress.
- Go and see the completed house.
- You can now use the Lumberjack's services.
