Summary[edit]
A young lad wants to see the ocean. He wants to see the wide blue expanse.
Procedure
- Travel to the tavern in Elzion's Gamma District and speak with the old man.
- Head to Route 99 and defeat the 2 groups of Sniper Recon Bits to retrieve their parts.
- For each group: Battle with Lv26 Agateram and Sniper Recon Bit x2.
- Deliver the parts back to the old man in the Gamma District tavern to repair his camera.
- Travel to Serena Coast and take a picture of the sea.
- Take the photo back to Watt in Baruoki.
