Summary[edit]
Immuli in Acteul is worried about a strange voice he can hear every night.
Procedure
- Speak to Immuli's wife, Reisha, to stake out for the night.
- Give Immuli the Rainbow Scale you found the day before.
- Travel to Lake Tiilen and collect 3 Numbra Reeds in the area.
- Return to Acteul and deliver the reeds to Immuli.
