There's a suspicious looking person outside the house in Ratle. There's something strange about him...
Procedure
- Speak with Hetta at her house to figure out what she desires most.
- Inform Mido of the information you learned.
- Head over to the Zol Plains to find a vermerald inside of the Laughing Mandrakes.
- Upon removing the 'gem' from the second mandrake: Battle with Lv13 Yaksha x2.
- Speak with Mido.
