You must use the Sleeping Pearl to navigate to this location. The following steps must be completed to unlock the location.
- In Mineral Bay find a radio at the top right corner of the map and listen it.
- Go to the Dierkuul Island, talk with female NPC to get Cat's-eye gemstone.
- Sail to the sea spot the middle between Lashval and Mineral Bay and find Stone Circle with 3 Cat statues.
- Click on cat statue with gemstone in only one eye. Whirlpool will appear.
- Use Aquatic Screw to dive inside to unlock Seafloor Cave location
- Proceed through cave to get Tesla Core and to unlock Melancholy Aspid enemy in Vande Ocean (Look for 3rd Horror icon)
