Edit Mechanics Mechanics The Ruins of Rucyana costs 2 Green Keys to enter and yields Tsubura's Gems on completion. Unlike other Another Dungeons, the Ruins has a cap of 30 waves of mobs instead of the usual 5. All mobs with a level yield 1200 Git per unit. On entry, the player meets a Nopaew that trades items for Rucyanan Ingots. The Ingots are gathered during exploration of the Ruins, and on subsequent runs the player would have gathered some Ingots to purchase the Nopaew's items. These items are permanent power-ups that carry-over to all subsequent runs. The Nopaew will then begin to offer Treasure Room Keys for 5 Ingots, or a complete dungeon map for 8 Ingots (instead of having to find them inside the random chests). These items are for the current run only. Once purchased, the chest that would have contained either of these items will each contain a Rucyanan Ingot instead. The dungeon consists of one large map, selected randomly between three variations. The central area, where the player starts, has three locked doors - one's the exit, the other two lead to the Treasure Room and the Picture Room. The exit door has a different unlock condition every run, written on the adjacent inscription. Conditions can range from flipping certain switches, opening a varying number of chests that contain treasure, and eliminating Mimics, Armored Rollers, or the Darkness of Treasure. Exploration begins by interacting with the teleporter to teleport to one of the corners of the map. The starting corner is randomly determined each run. The other three teleporters can be activated by interacting with them, allowing for faster travel or a quick return to the central area. The Treasure Room can only be unlocked by finding its key, hidden in one of the chests in the Ruins. It will contain three colored chests, with each chest color indicative of what it contains. White chests, which contain a Chant Script, have a much lower spawn rate than the other colors. Black chest yield Murmur Scripts or Prayer Scripts, green chests yield Gold Lumps, purple chests yield High Class Scrolls, and brown chests yield Medium Class Scrolls. The Picture Room is unlocked by adjusting the four portraits surrounding its door. The solution is determined by the statues found in the outer area of the Ruins. Interacting with each statue lets the game record the right picture for the corresponding portrait (the correct answer becomes marked with a "star" icon). The Picture Room contains a fight with the Darkness of Treasure that yields 200,000 EXP and 100,000 Git on defeat. The central room contains 4 Rucyanan Ingots - two in the pots next to the exit, and one each in the Treasure and Picture Rooms. The orb-holding statues at the start indicate if there are other Rucyanan Ingots to be discovered in the outer area of the Ruins (always inside pots, locations not shown in the map images above, with each orb corresponding to one additional Ingot. Badge Rewards Any status resistance badge offered at end rewards can offer resistance for one of the following: Confusion, Pain, Stone, Rage, Bind, Sleep, Stun, Poison
