Said to be built by KMS. Riica has a Deus Ex Machina destruction mode secretly installed: It is an extreme power-up that unleashes massive damage to all enemies in the vicinity while also avoiding damage to allies, after which her memory of the event is erased.
Originally made as a peaceful android, Riica was modified to fight Synth Humans. A patch was installed, at some point, to suppress her destruction mode, causing her GPS errors. This was installed by her true creator, Professor Madoka Chronos, who was against weaponizing Riica from the start.
