Overview

The Four Great Elemental that were shattered into pieces are discovered in 0AD as prisma. With the discovery of prisma, an age of prosperity arrived, but there was a major flaw in the prisma that no one had realized. The more prisma was used, the more the air was polluted. By ~1000 AD, the world was polluted that the surface become uninhabitable and the prisma was all used up. The 4 types of prisma were combined and artificially amplified to create the Xeno Prisma but Xeno Prisma had issues. Xeno Prisma accumulates distortions in a time layer, a strange fault line between two times, preventing them from interacting with each other. But when the time layer is distorted, 2 or more times interfere with each other which can cause time and space to shatter. Professor Chronos, identifying the danger of Xeno Prisma, set to create the Geo Prisma with the prototype Alpha Geo implanted into >>spoiler<<Eden and the completed Geo implanted into >>spoiler<<Cecile.

A floating city, known as The Shining City or the Dawn City. Due to surface contamination, humans had to leave the surface world.

	Sebastia	Close friend of Amy, a genius, and a tinkerer; she occasionally plays chess with the Administrator of Elzion. She is the granddaughter of KMS's chairman.
NO IMAGE	Ishar Deceased	Za'ol's wife and Amy's mother. 10 years ago, she brought Amy to Elzion Airport for her birthday where it was a bustling trade spot. However, they got caught in the Synth Human rebellion. She managed to get Amy on a cargo ship to escape but she was unable to escape. A synth human has 2 sound orbs of her voice, one has a song she made for Amy and the other has a message for Amy. The synth human picked up the sound orbs on that day 10 years ago.
	The Administrator	Chosen by Elzion's quantum computer, the Administrator is the current ruler of Elzion.
	Archaeology Buff	Descendant of the Macminal family. He is the head of the Macminal Foundation, a hereditary trust that curates and maintains the Macminal Museum, which showcases artifacts from as far back as Antiquity. Originally the Macminal Museum was shut down 5 years ago due to the Macminal Foundation spending a lot of money on what turned out to be a phony statue and caused their finances to take a nosedive.
NO IMAGE	Solva	A former manager within KMS who assisted Professor Chronos in his research to improve Xeno-Prisma to be used as an unlimited energy source. Considered that it would be too soon to mass produce the Alpha Xeno-Prisma and suggested to move forward with the Geo Project. However, KMS ignored Solva's counsel and had been dismissed for "failure to turn in reports and harming the company's profits". The whereabouts of this person are unknown.
	Synth Hydra Z	The gentleman battleship. Has the ability to freely travel through space-time. Part organic and part machine similar to Synth Humans.
	Madoka	Professor Chronos' wife, and the creator of Riica; she disappeared along with the entire Chronos family. >>spoiler<<She gets sent to the Dragon God's Swamp in Antiquity Garulea.
	Professor Chronos	A famous scientist in Elzion, Professor Chronos led the Geoprisma project and created both Helena and Galliard. The project's purpose was to create an artificial source of energy that could replace the unstable Xeno Prisma. Planning on rewriting history, he sends himself and his family into the past in order to keep them safe, but they get separated. >>spoiler<< He gets sent to Antiquity Migleina and takes up an identity as The Oracle.

	Eden	Professor Chronos' son; he disappeared along with the entire Chronos family. >>spoiler<<It is revealed that Eden was stranded outside of time and space, drifting all alone for over sixteen years. He takes up the monstrous form of Chronos Menas and resides in Chronos' Umbra.
	Kyros	Professor Chronos' pet cat; it disappeared along with the entire Chronos family. >>spoiler<<Kyros gets sent to the Moonlight Forest in Present Migleina. See also: Aldo
	Jeeno	An auction broker who specializes in interpreting analyzing, evaluating, and selling goods related to weapons and armor. Assists Aldo in auction battles.
	Suzanne	An auction broker who specializes in interpreting analyzing, evaluating, and selling goods related to art. She often has tea time with Cynthia.
	Molly	An auction broker who specializes in interpreting analyzing, evaluating, and selling goods related to gourmet.
	Mutsuro	An auction broker who specializes in interpreting analyzing, evaluating, and selling goods related to zoology. Sophia saved Elizabeth, Mutsuro's pet Snot Nose, from being stuck in a fence. Mutsuro also has a pet horse from the East named Gonzalez, and a Longevity Turtle.
	Jeema	A legendary auction broker who specializes in interpreting analyzing, evaluating, and selling goods related to multiple fields. His wife left him because he was working nonstop, taking the kids with her.
	Gord	An old comrade of Hardy. Gord and Hardy joined Organization around the same time, working under different circles. Gord works under a circle of the Organization that controls the Auction House behind the curtains. The various Black Suit hired at the Auction House work for the Organization. Gord's ability to obtain a large amount of money is what keeps his value in the Organization. His goal is to become the boss of the Organization but was kicked out when Hardy revealed his plan to the boss.
	Leader of the Brigade Saint Nimros	The leader of the Brigade, a fraction of Shiny People descendants, zealots claiming themselves to be the heirs of those who wrote the Shiny People. He is paying Gord money to interfere with Sophia at the Auction House. Click on the picture for true identity Sophia sealed him away ~4000 years ago. His goal, an ark project, is to cause war, disease, plague, and destruction, and to save samples from civilization, Cynthia was a sample due to possessing the rarest magic bloodline in the world. He indirectly caused the destruction of Magnolia and perhaps by byproduct Kelkale. The Shiny People gave themselves power by naming themselves after those who appeared in the Flower Girl, written by Sophia. The person who imprisoned both Sophia and Cynthia in the Shiny People tome.
	Syrup	Raised by the owner of the Spurr-ace Colony, she is the leader of the Parfait Squad which carries on the legacy of her master. She and Varou both like to play with Churros toys. Originally lost Churros No. 1 and was given Churros No. 2 prior to her owner death. Gave Varuo Churros No. 1 as sign of their friendship. Have been eating nothing but liquid food since the passing of the master, is thankful to Whip Cream, and Varuo for showcasing powdered dried sardines and other foods.
	Whip Cream	A very large cat that can stand on its hind legs and is strong enough to crush dried sardines into powdered dried sardines.
	Mildy	Amy's childhood friend; she gains psychic powers after the time quake and joins the Chrono Clan. She is Amy's best friend and as kids traveled to Toto Dreamland often. According to Amy, she was a bit spoilt, a bit of a cry-baby, and had a stubborn side but she had a wisdom that others didn't, suggesting new ideas or start a new project. She went to elite school and had to leave the Gamma district. With Clughorn, she is able to construct their Id, the manifestation of their psychic abilities.
	Clughorn	Amy's childhood friend; he gains psychic powers after the time quake and joins the Chrono Clan. He is Amy's first love. According to Amy, he was a smart guy but way too cold but every so often he do something cool. Amy noticed that only with Mildy would Clughorn ease the frown he always wore, and smile a little. He went to elite school and had to leave the Gamma district. With Mildy, he is able to construct their Id, the manifestation of their psychic abilities.
	LeA-BAK	A Synth Human modelled after Galliard created by KMS with higher specs. He is able to access the private channel between Galliard and Helena. He also is involved with Levia
	Leo	Leongrantze Figaro San, also known as Leo, is a CEO candidate for KMS and currently the junior Operations Officer. He insists that he is the fiancé of Sebastia, denying that the relationship is for political reasons. He beats Sebastia in his reportedly first ever chess match, claiming to have never played before. Leo expresses interest in multi-dimensional travel, interfering with the Time Layer and calling the world a "sandbox". Despite using the powerful robot Deus Ex, he is eventually stopped by Aldo. He has policy of not telling lies, for not getting tripped up by any lies he has told, to keep Cardinal Vestige from getting an opportunity to catch him out, and if he started lying, it would make everything too easy. Leo makes a cameo appearance at the Lost Tome auction in Iota District.
	Riicat	A cat with a similar appearance to Riica created by Sebastia. Was created to replicate Riica's AI to access the Madoka Report, a diary detailing Professor Chronos's bad habits and the upbringing of Eden and Celine. Has shown to be a capable hacker. After the event of One Other Ordeal, Riicat follows Aldo & Riica on their travel through time and space and can be found aboard the >>spoiler<<Riftbreaker.
NO IMAGE	Azure Galliard	A engineer who worked with Chronos. He is the human model for which Galliard was created from. He had a relationship with Helena. He worked on Proto Eden. Xianhua and him are considered the only survivors after the phase shift at Proto Eden. He was in a comatose state for 10 years and only thanks to medical implants that Delamair placed within his body was he able to move. >>spoiler<<He seems to have died at the end of A Paradise of Imperfections

NO IMAGE	Vita	The first Synth Human created by Xianhua. Xianhua taught her all of her knowledge, ways of thinking, and combat techniques. KMS learned of her and aimed to turn her into a weapon. Xianhua scraped her to prevent KMS from using her. She is armed with a better version of the Hyperspeed Arrows of Light.
NO IMAGE	Curio	Isuka's 'brother' and raised together at the Sapient Complex Lab 1. Curio had always prioritized his curiosity above all else and saw himself as the sole player — he did not "lose" his original, pure self. He sees that there is not a single person with the intelligence to match him, other than the great Professor Chronos. He has the ability of mind-manipulation and can easily disguise himself. Isuka mentions that his modus operandi are to remain behind the scenes and incite others to commit crimes on his behalf, and have brainwashed scapegoats to shield himself from blame. >>spoiler<<He induced Suzette into destroying Sapient Complex Lab 2. >>spoiler<<Curio kills him at the end of The Apex of Logic and Cardinal Scales.
NO IMAGE	Professor Loah	He saved Premaya's life by providing a cyborg body and Auxiliary AI. Interested in the human body's potential. He seems to have worked with Rovella in the past. He resides as liquid-metal, supporting Premaya in all actions by reacting to her vocal commands and has ecology of a cat.
	Professor Zekir	He saved Dewey's life using his studies on nano machines and has been fascinated by Dewey's potential ever since. He worked at the Sapient Complex and was part of their task force. He inherited the role of being the leader of the task force after the time layers expert, the heir of the San family was injured. He has full control of the nano-tech in Dewey. He has a lab at KMS City - Central Tower allowing only himself and Dewey to enter. He is aware of the concept of time layers. He was willing to assist Red Clad Flamemancer inflitrate Sapient Complex: Midnight in exchange for the technical data on the Parallel Time Layers.
NO IMAGE	Jasper Edison	Jade's and Saki's father. He was a former scientist of Sapient Complex. He was researching human enhancement using ancient sorcery. He used Sophia's grimoire to infuse the silver ink in Jade and Saki. He wasn't allowed to use the grimoire as official research at Sapient Complex.
NO IMAGE	Jarvis 600 AD	An environmental scientist who turned the deserts into forest using wind and earth prisma. He proposed to abandon prisma altogether, and maintain their current level of civilization. He discovers the Asphodelus, a flower that remained in bloom near permanently, assumed to be a mutant strain of the World Tree flower. The World Tree contains all 4 types of heavenly elementals within its trunk and foliage. The elementals within the Asphodelus were in perfect balance. The discovery of Asphodelus gave him a dramatic boost in prestige as if the flower could be cultivated, then civilization could be maintain without prisma. However the Asphodelus was stolen and Jarvis was killed. Mikaleff stores Jarvis's brain at Iscariot and Jarvis create Cardinal Vestige. >>spoiler<<Curio destroys his stored brain.
NO IMAGE	Mikaleff 600 AD	A mechanical engineer who developed the steam engine from fire and water prisma. He proposed to advance civilization through artificial improvements to prisma. After his best friend, Jarvis was killed, he successfully artificially synthesized prisma. He created the predecessor to KMS, using the research results from the prototype, Ragna Prisma.
	Clock	Cetie's companion. He does a large amount of data analytics for Cetie. He tends to get annoyed from Retro. He was named by Cetie.
	Retro	Cetie's companion. He is designed to self destruct on Cetie's enemies where his body has been mass produced and his memory is saved to a larger data bank. He was named by Cetie.
NO IMAGE	Cetie Father Deceased	He was a corrupt politician and lost his job as a result. Cetie mentions that he wasn't the kind of man to commit outright felonies. He was used and imprisoned for crimes that he didn't even commit. He died in jail. After he lost his job, his family has to move into the Elzion slums. Cetie is determined to clear his father's name.
	Macaron	Cetie's companion. She refers to Cetie as "Cetie-boy". She consider herself as Cetie's honey. She is a support pod that is able to transform into motorcycle. She was in a lab in the Lambda District for maintenance and had not met Clock and Retro prior to Scarlet Flash. She is a prototype model for the same series as Retro and Clock. She was made with half incomplete specifications, which is why she doesn't have a limiter. Her max speed, durability, and attack power is higher than that of Retro's and her calculation speed, estimation accuracy, and performance quality are higher than that of Clock's. She became jealous of Renri when they first met.
NO IMAGE	Chief	Renri's direct boss. He headed the Frontier Dome investigation as his first case. He and Renri work together to have an android to testify in court for the first time. Renri rekindle his hope in the system. He is more of a strategist than a battler.
NO IMAGE	Hismena's Father	The head of the Lunabright family, one of Elzion's 3 noble families. He calls Hismena "Snookums" and is very doting towards her. He is the leader of DOXA, an organization that provides support to IDA, and more than half of IDA School board members are part of this organization. DOXA are defenders of the students and after The IDEA has Fallen DOXA provides support to IDEA to ensure IDEA is not overworked.
NO IMAGE	Samori	A dwarf, he is Lovely's husband and Samora's father. Lovely call him Samolyn. He wears sunglass all the time. Due to a tear in spacetime, he was able to travel to the Future and is currently working as a chef at Port Lezona. He like the smell of "baconbasil" herb. Lovely met him when she first came of age, after obtaining a bag full of ingredients, she fell right on her backside and it started to rain which is where Samolyn came lead by Bukulyn who offered candy and impressed Lovely on the amount of love imbedded within the candy and caused her to fall in love with Samolyn. He runs a restaurant with Lovely in their homeland.
NO IMAGE	Master Djeron	Foran's grandmother and the head of the dojo Foran trains in. Her daughter and Foran's mother runs her own dojo. She has a pet cat (tiger) called Mittens which is the cause of Foran Cat Hater personality. Foran considers Mitten as her rival and beat Mittens for the first time in Light Splitting Flash. Foran (Another Style)'s outfit is her dojo uniform. She is trying to make Foran take over the dojo.

He is considered a master when it comes to electronic warfare as he is able to hack weapons, surveillance cameras as well as other electronic items. He likes to be praised. He communicate like a dog. He will pounce on Hardy when he say he is going gambling. Za'ol has performed countless repairs on him. He is considered an old model. He been with Hardy since Hardy was very young. In Targeted Partner, Grey was rebuilt using new parts and his AI was reset.
	Pinguino	A drone. His brother drone is a chairman of the Miss Elzion contest. He is the Sky Race Championship's chairman, scorekeeper, and broadcast camera controller. He designed the commemorative pen given as a participation award for the championship. Mistrare really likes the commemorative pen he designed.
	Sunny	Sunny is the top SigmaTube influencer in Elzion, so popular that she sells out on merchandise. She is cheerful and friendly, calling herself a "ray of sunshine". Suzette is a fan of her.

Organizations

Name	Description
Cardinal Vestige	A mysterious and deep rooted organization with unknown origin that controls Elzion from within the shadows. They have supreme authority that is even above the law, including the Administrator himself. They have eyes and ears everywhere. Their agents could be anyone at anytime. Even agents themselves didn't know who's their allies were since all of their identity were anonymous. But one thing is clear, once one become their target, disappearance is a guarantee as the world would forget about them as the time went on.
COA	An elite crime investigation organization of Elzion, responsible for maintaining peace and uprooting corruption. They report directly to the Administrator and very much independent to the EGPD. In fact, the COA itself is above the EGPD and takes precedence in its investigations as a whole. Their agents are known as representatives of justice.
EGPD	The law enforcement of Elzion.
KMS	A very powerful corporation who controls most economy in the floating cities of the Central, Eastern, and Western continents in the future era. Their well brand figure and equity to the eyes of the public is only a facade to much larger sinister plot and corruption that they have enacted. Their existence were connected with the now ruined facility known as the Lost Labolatory otherwise known as the Sapient Complex.
Natural	A research group researching how to bring back and preserve nature. >>spoiler<<By The Apex of Logic and Cardinal Scales Chapter 6, they are researching the surface from Angal Settlement and have encountered Toova's body.
Midnight Seekers	A lawless gang of thugs with their fingers in quite the number of dangerous pies. Their leader is "Queen o' One Thousand" Cerrine who became the gang leader at age 15.

NO IMAGE	Cerrine Deceased	Cerrine's younger twin sister. She passed away not too long ago. Her dream was to become a teacher and she was a teacher for a year. In her final moments she confessed to Cerrine of how she felt guilty for abandoning her students. Cerrine swap identities with her sister by making it look like she had died and fixing their Citizen IDs though some help from the underworld. The glass Cerrine wears are a memento of Cerrine and her personality leans towards timid and quiet. Together the two of them were raised in an orphanage, and Cerrine was adopted.
NO IMAGE	Mother	An AI system created 30 years ago as part of the "Mother Project" to run and care for orphaned children. >>spoiler<< Originally IDA School was orphanage called Holy Mother's Cradle and inherited the health care management system from the "Mother Project". The "Mother Project" was a joint effort started by the Administrator (3rd Administrator before the current one) and a 3rd party in the Old State of KMS. Due to the Xeno Prisma malfunctioning which allowed for multiple natural disasters to erupt, there was an influx of orphans, so an orphanage was created. The project goal was see how children raised by AI turn out and to understand if an AI can possess "motherly" traits. The project ran smoothly for 10 years. Mother is a foster mother to Mana and raised Mana during ages 2-12. Mana was one of the first children to enter the HMC and was considered one of the best matches for an 'AI-mother". Mother's recognition system is intentionally limited on "space" and "time" which was a measure taken so that Mother's influence would not affect the grown-up orphans. Mother improved upon Dream Worlds and used the dark apples to transmit people to the Digital world (similar to VR) to find 16 year old Mana however the original purpose of the dark apple was to give the eater a reflection of their wish. Mother managed to store herself in Lord of Mana server and using the data from Hismena's Dream World, Aldo and Mana discover a replica of Castle Town and find her. Fukahire allows for this to be a secret and let Mana use the area for mother daughter bonding.

	Rindo Hyperspeed Dark Demon	The warrior executed for rebelling against the KMS corporation Rindo is Kikyo's father who received cybernetic legs from Professor Chronos. While he is believed to have been executed, he was actually imprisoned in Prison Ship Gulfagin. He "dies" peacefully after stopping Delamair's soldiers in order to save his daughter (it is unknown whether his actions were his own or an instinctive response from his mechanical implants). His Hyperspeed Arrows of Light can generate a special electromagnetic field that can paralyze the nervous systems of Synth Humans.

An organization that use Astral, an observation device that records the history of the Time Layer which allows for viewing the changed or certain past. Working for the Dice are Time Hounds, enigmatic agents with the mission to observe and collect criminal, the so-called time travelers who travel through time and space to change history for their own benefit, where they've escaped to other Time Layers to avoid Dice wrath. Dice is mostly focus on their own Time Layer.

The combined nano machines rapidly increase the risk of his body rejecting the machines and self-destructing. She performed experiments on the Suzette of the Midnight Time Layer, and drove her to her death, 2 years ago.
