Ikarga is a small town found in the Present on the Garulea continent where both humans and demons live in harmony with one another. The residents of Ikarga are the survivors of the destroyed Land of Ro.

The humble village contains only a few buildings, with the inn and weapons shop in the center and the tavern in the southeast part of the town. A single chest can be found inside the well in the southeast corner of the settlement. The Wicked Meadow is situated to the west of Ikarga and Mahora Lake is found just past town to the northeast.

The party initially enters Ikarga from the Wicked Meadow on their way to the Chapel of the Goddess of Time. While in the village, they learn more about the Chapel of the Goddess of Time and how to safely cross Mahora Lake.
