Two copies of the boss are present at the start of the fight, and you must defeat the leftmost body to finish the battle. There is a 50% AF Stopper for the leftmost body, after which it summons the third copy and resets the attack pattern. If the middle body was dead at the 50% threshold, it will be revived with full health in addition to the third body entering battle.
Tips[edit]
- Kill the middle body first. It's the one putting out the most damage throughout the fight. Mana is a lot less useful here since the body alternates between magic and physical attacks.
- It's very hard to withstand the flurry of attacks on the third turn, so aim to burst down the middle body within the first 2 turns of the fight. You may find yourself relying on chance, hoping that the middle body attacks before the left one can support it.
- Once the middle body is dealt with, you have a lot of breathing room to heal up. Once the left body hits the 50% HP threshold, it will summon the right body and revive the middle one, at which point your priority should switch to finishing the fight ASAP.
- Don't forget to use Yuna herself. Her debuffs are useful for blunting the attacks, and her own Iridescent Blessing or Valor Chant can cleanse the poison your team will be taking.
- Ailment prevention shields, like Rosetta's "Biblia" or Claude AS's "Freikugel", can prevent your team from being poisoned. Be aware that when the left and middle bodies coordinate their attacks they can force a poison past the one-time shielding.
- Using Bertrand Migl Aspida can help when you use the ‘Perseverante’ which creates a barrier and prevents 95% damage when Yunas team using high damage attacks.
