Can buff party PWR, INT, SPD & Type Attack by 35% each. IDA/Outlaw party members get twice as much, as well as Multi-Upgrade. Fairly useful for moderate damage along with some good support. Performs better at both with IDA/Outlaw allies, but you should be careful not to just blindly include more without a real plan/without them offering more than their personalities. Preemptive on her damage skill can make it harder to use for damage in some cases.
