Black Pearls can be obtained on sparkling spots in the VH Another Dungeon version of the Dragon Palace (a maximum of 3 per run).
The amount of Black Pearls that can be found each run is equal to the number of turtles you see at the start of the AD run. No more than 1 pearl can be found per room.
